"Under the tireless efforts of Dr. Mahendra Singh and Dr. Prabhat Kumar, the construction of the new headquarters building was completed within the organization's premises. The inauguration of the new building was conducted 22/09/2024 by the President and the Chief Commissioner of the organization. The new building is equipped with all modern facilities and furnishings, including a PA system, fully air-conditioned rooms, a meeting hall, and a modern generator. The gathering present referred to this era, under the leadership of Dr. Prabhat Kumar, as the Golden Era of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Uttar Pradesh."
